5. Rome

Rome,Italy

Rome is the capital of Italy and also of the Province of Rome and of the region of Lazio. With 2.7 million residents in 1,285.3 km2 (496.3 sq mi), it is also the country's largest and most populated comune and fourth-most populous city in the European Union by population within city limits. The urban area of Rome extends beyond the administrative city limits with a population of around 3.8 million. Between 3.2 and 4.2 million people live in Rome metropolitan area. The city is located in the central-western portion of the Italian Peninsula, on the Tiber within Lazio (Latium). The Vatican City is an independent country within the city boundaries of Rome, the only example of a country within a city existing.

3. Shopping(Piazza Navona )

Campo de' Fiori
It is the oldest market in Rome. Its name comes from the Piazza, where the market has been held for the last 140 years. The food market had been in Piazza Navona since 1478 but was moved to Campo de' Fiori in 1869. The market is held in the morning, with the exception of Sunday morning when it is closed. Campo de' Fiori is also well known for its many restaurants and bars.
Mercato di Testaccio rome
Mercato di Testaccio contains greengrocers and butchers, fishmongers and sellers of cheese and dairy products, housed in a more permanent structure, unlike many Roman markets. Located in the Piazza Testaccio.

Opera at the Baths of Caracalla
Performances start at 21:00If you are in Rome during summertime don’t miss the chance to experience a lyric opera in the truly unique setting of the Baths of Caracalla (see Rome/Aventino-Testaccio). Programs have included Tosca, Carmen and Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Opinion:
Rome is a full history of travel place and it is my favourite place. Rome also has interesting things anywhere, so it is worth spending a lot of time wondering around. If you have no time spend, you can find a short guide to be able to see all the most famous and interesting parts in Rome within three days two night, but you must have a map to lead yourself and a guide explaining the things at which you are looking for. Anyway, I will planning for travelling in Rome to see how beauty of Colosseum and the real opera at Baths of Caracalla in my lifetime.
